    First I purchased the SIM card online with store pickup. I went through the process in-store and as I walked out I was stopped because the cashier couldn't activate the SIM card. The Best Buy system simply refused to activate it no matter what they tried. It was the last card in the store so they ordered a new one online with expedited shipping to my home. Good service! I received the new SIM card and now the carrier can't activate the SIM card. Maybe Best Buy forgot to activate the card in their system before they shipped it to me. If that's the case, Bad service! So now I don't have a phone, and quite possibly have to go through the whole process again in a store to get it to work. Nice! (not)

    I do like the "no contract' wireless service. Had some trouble getting my account set up in the beginning and sometimes get texts from them that don't make much sense. However, the service is working well.
