Its really easy to get started with Cricket service

Planning to switch to Cricket and found this good Sim.

I received excellent service. I would buy there again.

I have not had any problems with this card or network

Good service, worked everywhere, no issues at all.

The Sim Kit may be good but the overall experience has been so bad that many times I have to go to the store as it never activates at Best Buy

You can get cricket service activated with this but not all of the other options like VoLTE and WiFi calling will work with this. I had I upgrade to the newer $10 sim.

I ordered 2 Cricket SIM cards and both were not able to be activated. I believe the SIM cards shipped from Best Buy Warehouse are just shipped without being activated.

Could not use the card because it was not activated. Best Buy Customer service took care of the issue for me, thanks BB Reps!

BB has good offers on sim kit purchase with unlocked phones. Network is average

I bought this and was unable to activate it. Upon store return they tried to activate it in store and failed. They grabbed a new one and it did the same thing. Returned and I went to a Cricket store and bought one. I hope they got the issue resolved.

Bought online and received fast. Not sure if there is mixed up btw Cricket and BB, there seemed to be something BB NEEDS to do first:scan the package to activate, before user can activate online with the imei inside the package. So frustrating, need to call Cricket to activate.

I bought this because there was a promo to get 20% off a refill card. I tried to activate the SIM but was unable to with Cricket. They shipped me a SIM card for free because of the trouble

I ordered this online , it would not activate. I had it resent out again and it was still defective . Just save your money and go into a store. It's not worth the headache .

I have ordered two of these over the past 6 months mainly to get a discount on gift cards to pay my bill with. I recently needed a sim card, and tried to activate them.. both of them were never registered from the cricket number - the cricket people said it was is if I walked into a store, grabbed a sim card from the shelf and left without paying. Long story short - don't buy these online if you actually need a sim.

I purchased this sim card twice from bestbuy.com. They were all not activated and cannot be used towards a new line on Cricket wireless. Please be aware!

I ordered one and was told by Cricket that it could not be used because it hadn't been activated on the BB side. Googled and found people had similar issues. These sims were never activated on the BB side before being shipped out. Called BB and also went to a store, nobody could help. Finally called second time and they issued me a refund.

I tried to activate it myself but could not, call costumer service and they say it comes defective sometimes
