Luckily I provided cricket with the receipt and they were able to remedy the issue although it took a lot of wasted time.

SIM cards wouldn't work.

Cricket worked on the problem. Best buy never informed cricket the Sim cards were purchased. I went back to bestbuy and I was given a receipt but they couldn't inform cricket. So I switched to T-MOBILE.

Old product = hassle

Went back and forth from Cricket and BB about 4x before I gave up and just got a new SIM card at Cricket. Only saving grace was the BB phone representative who made it right by refunding me for the hassles.

Out of date version. Can't be activated
