The SIM card did not work for my tablet. I need a new SIM Card for a tablet, please.

Not what we had in mind - returned to the store after researching online

can't be use, said need activation at register too much hassle to return

I purchased 5 Cricket Wireless BYOD kits and moved/ported my whole family over. Since all five phones were in different locations (cities/states) at the time I had to get the sim kits to each person in advance. I also took pictures of each sim kit (iccid number) and also had everyone text me there IMEI number (dial *#06#) . I tried to go through the Cricket wireless website to activate but it was easier for me to just call Cricket at 855.619.6021. It took about 20 minutes to provide all the above information for each line plus my account info/pin code. I asked the Cricket rep if I could hold off activation until the last day of my current bill cycle and they said "no problem just call back when your ready". When I called back to officially activate it only took about 5 minutes max. I also gave my family plenty of warning about when they would need to power down and replace the current sim with the new Cricket Wireless sim. I know that moving to a new service can be a pain but with a little planning, communication and this kit it was really simple! NOTE: Make sure all of your phones are paid-off and unlocked before you start this process; just check with your current provider. Brought in my LG G3 unlocked phone which I bought in Singapore where I live. Have used this phone with SIM cards bought in UK, Australia and Asia so as not to be charged outrageous roaming fees. I first tried the Verizon SIM but it would only work with Verizon-branded phones. This Cricket SIM worked great. After the purchase, I called in to Cricket to activate the SIM and was given a choice of phone numbers to assign to my SIM. Customer Service from local human was excellent. One unrelated tip, all phones sold in Singapore are unlocked and products are always legitimate. I will probably always buy my phones from there so as not to get 'locked' phones that the US somehow forces on us.

I've had em in the past and loved every moment with their service and left... Then came back just cause I missed the customer service and their coverage which runs off the AT&T network.

The kit allows you to fit the sim size needed for your phone. I've been using it for almost a month, and it works fine.

I've ordered 3 of these on Apr 23, 2017 and all 3 failed activation when shipped. Best Buy customer care tried to re-activate with no success. They replaced the order on Apr 30, 2017. I called once the items shipped and they advised me once again that the replacement cards failed activation. Not sure if this is happening in store, but buyer beware! Do not order these online from Best Buy! Order this SKU: 5769300 instead.

Tried to activate this SIM card but Cricket wireless says this SIM card wasn’t activated correctly by Bestbuy. Took it back to bestbuy but they still weren’t able to activate it!

Got this for my wife who uses lots of Microsoft services (Outlook, OneDrive). Easy integration and all the basics were covered at low price.

This card is the older version, but works just fine. Buy it here cheaper instead of getting from Cricket.

Nowhere does Best Buy (or Cricket) state that Cricket SIM cards are ONLY VALID FOR 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASED/ACTIVATED. I bought several on sale; I have referred several family members (8+ lines) to Cricket, and at least one of us will need to add an extra line at some point. Now 3 months later, I called Cricket to add/activate a new line. First, they presumed I'd -stolen- the SIM cards when they didn't show as "active" in their system. After checking with a different rep, they confirmed that cards purchased (and activated at the time of purchase) more than 30 days ago are worthless, as they get deactivated automatically after "30 days of inactivity". (And can -never- be reactivated, per the rep.) If true, this needs to be clearly stated in the product details, and on the product packaging. I'll be visiting my local Best Buy this weekend, to see if they can replace. (even though it's been more than 14 days.)

I bought 3 of these SIM kits and they will not activate. I spent the entire evening yesterday with Cricket support and then with BestBuy customer service to find out the scan to activate at BestBuys shipping facility failed but they shipped them anyway. I guess they just want them out the door. After talking with customer service it seems like they have had issues with this and she could not do anything to fix it. The olny recourse is to order new ones and hope they work.

I regret having purchased two of this SIM CARD online. I received it at the hotel where I was in New York. I tried to activate following instructions and failed at all. I got in touch with Best Buy consumer service which was not able to activate too. I went to Best Buy store on 23rd st NY where the vendor was also unable to activate. I returned the two chips I bought and received $2 back. However, it was purchased along with two refill cards, for $34.84 each. The Best BUY 23rd st refused to refund my money, even with both refill cards intact, unscratched. I had to return to Brazil with this loss.

Cannot be activated one. Called Cricket multiple times, all representatives are helpless. One talked with me for half an hour and asked all information to activate a count, and then told me he could not continue because the system was down. Another one ask me same questions and then told me to go to a cricket store to activate.
