    Purchased online and item was not activated. Was past 30 days so I couldn't return. Be aware if trying to activate past 30 days.

    Bestbuy shipped it quickly and I then called Cricket activate the SIM. Cricket said they cannot activate because Bestbuy did not scan the SIM while selling it. I have to now visit a store to return this SIM and buy another some where else. What is the use of a SIM that cannot activated?

    Cricket wireless cannot activate this sim card kit if you buy online, because it is not scanned and activated and clear from their inventory. Still struggling to find what to do.
