Received it defective

I couldn’t return it because Best Buy a very short return policy -only 15 days- and I noticed two days after finished it. I didn’t give only one star because the cut is good and precise, the problem is with the printing and also because CRICUT gave me a very good customer service which is really appreciated.

Beware of subscription requirement!

Unfortunately the software to drive it is proprietary and web based. They tell you that you can upload your own files to use in the software. Now they are instituting a policy that you can only upload 20 files per month unless you pay a monthly subscription fee. When I got my machine there was no limit. This is a highly unethical bait and switch. My Explore is going to the dump and will be replaced by a Silhouette.
