I liked this movie primarily because I am a huge Tom Hiddleston and Jesica Chastain fan and they didn't disappoint

Del Toro does what he does best, which is create a sense of dread throughout the movie. Visual effects are great.

Story line was very interesting and the acting was very good. Also the visuals of the Crimson Peak house were great.

A great film to toss on at night. The colors and atmosphere really draw the viewer in! Bonus digital copy too!

They just made this seem like a scary movie but they should've promoted it as a thriller or twisted love story. IT's good. I highly recommended it just dont expect a horror story expect a twisted tale.

Del Toro is back with another great film, if you liked his early films then you will definitely enjoy this one.

This movie was amazing starts off slow, but eventually picks up the pace. The acting, set design, the wardrobe, just everything was good. With a plot twist at the end, it just leaves you wanting more.

If you are a fan of Guiellmo del Torro you will enjoy this film. Classic gothic romance wit a supernatural twist

Pretty decent movie but would I watch it again? Maybe in 2 years because just bought it to test the new dts-x on my Denon x4200, and there were only less than handful of choices right now for DTS-X. I give it a slight recommendation overall perhaps for peeps who like that type of movie but no for me. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends. Just my .02 cents, still not bad movie.

Del Toro is a master of visuals and tone. This one is more challenging to those expecting straight horror.

Not exactly the horror movie it was sold as, but it is a gorgeously shot gothic romance. Solid genre film.
