Broken!! In a month!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just purchased about a month ago of course it broke right after it wasn’t returnable. Locking valve gasket is plastic! It melted and tore! Poor quality! Not expected since it’s name brand CrockPot.

I called best buy just to find out not only was there no warranty but that the unit was recalled due to a faulty lid and that I shouldn't have never been sold the cooker in the first place... its in the landfill looking all brand new in the box.
