    Base deeply scratched, finish indelibly marked all over. Just repacked it and took it back. Not the store's fault. If the manufacturer doesn't care, then I'll buy a different brand. Suggest readers do so also. I have no idea if it actually worked. After seeing its condition, I was afraid to plug it in.
