I will use it at some point but it isn't very good for cooking for more than 2 or 3 people. It does appear to be good quality though if you want a small crock pot.

I ended up returning it for refund since these were not available in store. I need one the next day.

I was actually expected to return the item that I purchased on sale and repurchase at full price!!! I just returned it... bought a larger one for a lot less at another store... Best Buys loss!

Not worth the money

The reason I am giving the low # of stars is because the stoneware is too small. It does not sit steady on the outer portion. There are also no handles on the ends to easily grab the stoneware, making it difficult to grab and remove without slipping. I am returning to Best Buy.

The pot does not sit securely in the base so there is too much wiggle room in addition to there being a vent hole in the lid that allows the heat/ steam to escape. I did like the latches as they ensure that the lid can not come off especially in transit.
