easy to use but I suggest you pic up a good slow cooker cookbook,it was a big help.

The crockpot was set on low and yet the inside came to a boil and cooked that way the entire time. The outside got extremely hot to the touch and the second time we used it the entire front of the base buckled from the heat. Taking it back.

I’d say this is an adequate enough cooker. I would prefer that the lid latched and maybe the vessel itself have more of a non-stick quality but all in all it’s a solid buy.

overall design is pretty average the digital layout is easy but the problem is it only really has one temperature it tended to boil everything even on keep warm was very disappointed with it. I did end up returning it

There is no way I would trust this cooker on my counter all day alone like our old one. The body gets too hot to touch. Slow does not mean it cooks at a low temp, just that it takes a long to get to high. This thing came to a boil and stayed there even on warm. Took it back for a refund.

We bought this so that we could make things in a slow cooker while at work or sleeping. I would not trust this unit to leave it on for any amount of time unattended. The outside gets extremely hot and the thing that you find out after you get it home is, the only reason it is called a "slow cooker " is because it slowly gets all the way up to HIGH, then it just boils from there on. Took it back for a refund.

The pot worked great but the top shattered and I can’t find a replacement top

Outside gets extremely hot. I have cooked two meals with this product. Both times I had to turn it off due to contains burning. Only have about 3 hours of cooking on low temp. I have contacted the company with no return call or email. Very disappointed.

The temperature control didn't work correctly, blistered everything on the lowest setting.

This is the 2nd crock pot I've purchased this year. We slow cook often and find these pots don't seem to last.

After the cooking time is up it switches over to warm, however, the warm setting actually continues to cook/boil/scortch food. Very disappointed with the product.

This crockpot got extremely hot very fast even on low. My roast was burned within less than half the cooking time. In addition, the entire housing was very hot too. I was afraid it would damage my countertop.
