Great product. Upgraded from 4 qt cooker. Got on sale

It's a crockpot... Put food in... It gets hot. Simple

Like the size and all the features of this crock pot

The pot heats up and cooks fine, but it will not reduce the heat to warm. I used the Crock-Pot twice. The first time on the "High" setting. When the food was cooked, I changed the setting to "Warm" to keep the food warm until I was ready to serve it a couple hours later. When I went to serve it, the food was over-cooked and the Crock-Pot was still boiling furiously. The second time I tried using the "Slow" setting, and changed the setting to "Warm" after the food was cooked, but the results were exactly the same. The pot never shut down to "Warm" and continued cooking and my food ended up over-cooked. I contacted Crock-Pot and they sent me a different model pot which has a timer on it. I haven't used that pot, yet, so I don't know whether I will have the same problem, or not.

Works well, my old one fell and broke and Best Buy could provide this replacement in my time frame and budget. Would buy again.

Great product. I used a liner and it was even better. It's user friendly and works as described.

The electronic controller is very easy to find use. The exterior gets a little warm, but not too bad.

Purchased as a gift. Nice product. Was disappointed in shipping, though. Rather than packing it in another carton, the product box was secured with security tape and labels applied directly to the box. Had a difficult time removing the mailing labels to gift item and box was dinged up (just not the best for a gift presentation, especially with the ugly security tape all over the box). Product, though, was as advertised and recipient was satisfied with gift.

I had two crockpots before and I lost everything in storage! I’m just regaining a lot of new appliances! I thank God for where I am and this crockpot has been the best addition to what was once lost! I’m cooking ribs in it rn as I type lol and greens in my pressure cooker ! I love it!

It isn't a true programmable model. It has 4 preset programs, 2 settings on low 8 or 10 hrs and 2 settings on high 4 or six hrs and once time is over it switches to warm. There is no way to add or reduce time as noted in the description of the product. The cord is also very short, Other than that I am happy with it. I should have paid more attention to the reviews and realized at that price it wasn't a true programmable model.

Being a Neanderthal, I can vouch that this is so easy even a non-Neanderthal can operate it!

Using it right now to cook HI. pork. 1 pork butt 6-8 pounds 3 to 5 Tab pink salt 1/2 to 1 bottle liquid smoke. 6 - 12 hours on low until it fall apart. No hot rocks no covering with banana leaves no digging in the sand. Taste about the same.

I love this crock pot. I was very impressed with the features. My older crock pot only has 3 settings. I haven't had the pleasure of using the product yet but I am looking forward to cooking many great meals using this product.

This crockpot is just ok. Nothing special. I bought this for my son because his crock pot didn’t have a locking lid. The lid is a little awkward and has to be put on just right to really seal it. The lid is strange to wash....water gets stuck in by the lid screws...definitely foresee that rusting quickly. Storing the crockpot takes up more space than others, too because of the way the lid adds height. My other slow cooker I can flip the lid over and save space. The programmable time it basic with no countdown so you still have to set a timer. It does switch to keep warm once the time is up. The cord is short but honestly I think it’s safer that way so it’s kept up close to the outlet and deep on a counter where it can’t be knocked off. Overall, it didn’t cook as efficiently as my other brand slow cooker with a locking lid that I’ve had for years.

Provides the basic functions I needed, and works very well. The only reason I gave it 4 Stars is that it says "Progammable", and only has push button settings for low and high cooking. It does not have setting to start cooking, or digital countdown timer, which true "Programmable" units have, but they cost a lot more. For my needs this is just right.
