a learning curve

A different style of cooking than we are used to so obtaining cookbooks and info on using one of these.. Seems easy enough and is great for fast meals.. Also plan to take it in our travel trailer to speed meal process for more time to relax. Large enough to cook for now and have extra to freeze for another day...
