    First the food was awesome so the product did what it said it would do. I do not want to get hurt or burned so read the instructions carefully. It is not something to rush I to on a first try. So far all has been good

    Bought it for my mom as a Christmas gift. She likes how it cooks things in half the time a regular crock pot does. Only problem is that it was missing the pin that holds the bobble release valve. Was able to exchange it
