Not easy

Not easy to figure out which item would cook on which option and for how long. Steam valve to be left open or close. Too hard to understand.

Defective Product But Worth Exchanging

It never moved off of the "Heat" function in order to cook for the amount of time as prescribed by the various buttons. So that was disappointing, but it still did cook my food even though it said "Heat" and I could tell that it would be an amazing addition to my kitchen if it worked properly. So, I exchanged it for a new one that is making its way to my house now. I'll update my review when the new one is here. Hopefully it's a 5 star replacement!
