Quit after a few months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We absolutely loved this multi cooker for about 4-5 months. Out of nowhere it stopped working. It is within the warranty period (1 year) but when you call the customer service number for the warranty, it says that the office is closed. I imagine it is because of the COVID-19 situation, but either way we are out a pressure cooker that we used often and the warranty seems to be worthless. Best Buy will not help because it has been over 30 days. If you like wasting money, buy this! If not, I would try another store and another brand.
