I have pressure cooked, steamed eggs and vegetables, slow cooked pork and chicken. This thing replaces a bunch of devices. And since it is automated, you don't have to worry about overcooking. I would like if they offered a replacement seal in case it doesn't seal properly. I haven't sent it for warranty, but I imagine it would work out.

The topnis plastic and mines had melted on too so its needs to be ipgraded when theybrelease a newer version. Some foods taste good some doesnt you uave to know how to cook with this.

The lasagna recipe worked out well, even using uncooked pasta. This crock is oval, so spring form pans and other 7" diameter rounds suggested to fit inside do not. Instead, I used a cheap, foil round pan and shaped it to fit. The chord is too short to pull the crock away from my upper cabinets, so in releasing steam, I deflect it away with a pan lid.
