Sounds great, wished I could adjust the bass and tempo; no where to add extra speakers from surround system; hushand loves it ! Plays our old record collection,as records do sound much better than CDs,cassettes, or ipod will ever do that kind of justice. I would recommend to anyone! Bestbuy price matched !

This is my first turntable and I absolutely love it. The sound quality is great and it has many great functions. It also had a great look. I would recommend this to anyone.

We got this for my mother in law and she loves it. She says the sound quality is great. I love the look of this. I have not used it much personally but am relaying feedback given to me by me M.I.L. I plan on getting one for my mother. Maybe us too. :)

The price was right. The sound is decent and it has an auxiliary port to connect to surround sound or a portable speaker. My only concern is that the arm is very fragile. I'm nervous every time I put a record in.

We were so excited to get this. It's beautiful and the price is right. We played our old LP's and they sounded tremendous! Then we tried the CD player - all CD's sounded "muddy" or "muffled". We went back to our LP's and didn't think more about it for awhile. Then we decided to try our cassettes. Sounded awesome for almost a week.. then it started eating all the tapes we tried :( THEN - we went back to LP's and suddenly the playing arm started dragging toward the last 1/4 of the record! That was it for us. In less than a month we changed from excitement to total disappointment. Do not recommend this.

Best Buy had this on sale for a great price so we bought it hoping it would be a decent record player. The initial nostalgia of being able to play my old cassettes wore off pretty quickly because the sound quality just wasn't there in my opinion -- it sounded muffled. It played records well enough but when the CD player started skipping, I had enough. We kept it for 10 days and then returned it. If you're looking for a good sound, this isn't the record player for you.

Gave this gift to parents who had many vinyl records and cassette tapes and no where to play it. The sound quality was great and everything played perfectly fine.

I absolutely love this record player!! It goes all the speeds I want for when bringing back my good old vinyls and IT EVEN HAS AN AX CORD for my phone!! Absolutely IN LOVE

This record players is not so good, all things considered. If you are planning on playing records smaller than 33 1/3 RPM, it is an excellent player. It looks very nice, sounds great, and is very user friendly. But, as I mentioned, about half of the 33 1/3 RPM records I have are about a quarter inch too big and do not fit in the boxed area that houses the turn table. Also, the tone arm does not lock into place when you pull it back to the off position to stop the turn table spinning. It slips off of its rest on its own and allows the turn table to start spinning again.

I had mine for less than one year, and lightly used it. The turntable is a chunk of cheap, unsecured, plastic. The use of the arm to start or stop it from spinning is horrible design. It no longer works and has become a knockoff of a quality record player that sits on a table as a decoration.
