Older vinyl isn't as bad but new stuff is unplayable. Imagine its due to a subpar needle but we will be returning this and not letting Crosley steal any more of our money.

Once I replaced it I tried playing an album and the volume comes out so quiet. Toy record players play louder. Its so disappointing as it was all my son asked for for Xmas.

Just unpacking it, I could tell is was poor quality. It feels like a toy. The sounds quality was awful, too. Also, the tone arm is NOT automatic as stated in the description. It’s boxed up and going back to the store now.

Took it on the 17th day and was told they couldn’t do anything. Very disappointed with the purchase.
