    Sure its gen 3 but you wont find more reliable storage than what is made by Micron.

    I got this on a sale and it was a steal of a deal. For being a DRAMless drive it performs quite well. I use it as a secondary drive for games and files and it works great. Would recommend as secondary drive, and even as a main drive is not bad if you are on a tight budget.

    This m.2 increased my old pcs speed nearly 2x it is night and day so if your still using a sata based ssd make sure to make the switch its well worth it
