Zero issues as expected, spent a few extra bucks to get Crucial based on how they handled a failed drive last year.

Pulled out my Windows hard drive, plugged this into the other HD slot and installed Linux Mint. Put the Windows Drive back in and now have a choice of two operating systems on start up.

Even the difference between the slowest nvme SSD and the fastest will only be a couple seconds when it comes to game load times and the in game experience will be imperceivable. Regardless any NVME M.2 SSD will be blazing fast for gaming alone even a SATA SSD would be perfectly fine. If you're just looking for a game drive you don't need to focus much on if the drive has a DRAM cache. Just focus on a good value drive at your budget is all. It's only when you get to HDD's where you seriously start to feel the struggle as the speed difference is massive.
