However, this was their second try at repairing my PC. Their first effort (which was painful-wiping PC clean and reinstalling Windows 11) was apparently unnecessary. The big problem was what I was told when I signed up for a one year deal. What I was told was incomplete - it automatically renewed. Painful and costly process to get out of it. Too bad - potentially useful service, but I don't do business with people who mislead

storage issue
