    After ordering 3 of these on amazon that all came DOA we decided to place an order from best buy and guess what worked perfectly. Sometimes its better to shop a brick and mortar store. With curbside pickup it was a great choice we will continue to make for as long as possible.

    I'd actually give it a zero. I have a system that has 2 SSD m.2 slots and 6 SATA ports. This should disable port 1 (as installed) or port 5 AND 6 if installed in the other slot and configuration. I can't get ANY SATA port to register with this in use. It comes down to 1 TB of SSD or 6,5 TB of HDD and an optical drive - no contest.
