This is a great m.2 nvme for the price. You are getting a 1tb drive with 3000 read and write speeds for a great price a must have for any build especially worth if you are trying to build on a budget.

Excellent storage space and the price is awesome, mine didn't came with the little screw and my motherboard came with only 1 that was on my wireless, had to remove the wireless to use the screw on the ssd.

As fast as you can get, worked right out of the box! Also come with free cloning software, highly recommended for gamers and people who craved for speed!

Grabbed one of these during Best Buys "anti-Prime day" sale at what now is an absurd price. Results have been mixed. Planned on using it as a backup in an external USB-c (3.2) enclosure which its a VERY good thing has a quality heatsink and thermal pads built in! I say this because I made the mistake of touching the drive enclosure halfway through backing up my primary boot NVME drive and it nearly burned my finger! I then noticed the drive had been just CRAWLING through the file copy my guess is from serious throttling. I proceeded to pause the copy and turned my desk fan on the drive then restarted the process. Within a minute or so of active cooling the backup was flying again. Only three stars for this drive because although it IS potentially blazing-fast with effective cooling, without it (the way most people will install) it will throttle HEAVILY under consistent use. For the price I paid I would buy again ... FULL price? No way.

Plenty fast and plenty hot. Get on sale and buy a heat sink for it

Added this to my gaming PC. Load times faster. Overall good product. Bought during deal of the day so price was right. Easy install, although that depends on laptop I guess. Very satisficed.

Speedy SSD, especially with the Crucial software (it uses your ram as cache for writes and it achieves speeds of gen 4 drives). On the downside, it takes quite a bit of RAM.

Easy to install. Upgraded from a Samsung EVO 870 and have absolutely no complaints. I think for general everyday use, you won't notice much of a difference unless you're moving a lot of files.

I installed this as a second drive in a laptop. It is way faster than the SSD the laptop came with. It also runs cooler. Idle temp is 30c on the Crucial drive, vs 43c on the original drive.

Like all Crucial products I've purchased, this is par excellent. I cloned and swapped out my 250GB NVMe M.2 PCIe SSD for this 1TB drive. And it screams - my laptop is zippier than ever.

This is a solid drive that I have been using for the past few months. It has really helped to speed up my PC and no issues thus far.

Works great! I bought a simple aftermarket heatsink after reading reviews this unit can get hot, but it probably wasn't even necessary.

An excellent drive, particularly when sub-$100. There are a small handful of very good M.2 NVMe to consider (TLC w/DRAM cache) , and the P5 is absolutely one of them.

Used this to switch out the hard drive from a new laptop I purchased. Storage is not an issue now. Crucial is also good on telling you step by step on how to switch out your hard drive.

Best 3500/3000 Mbps drive I could find at $110. Has a mobo heat sink on it so I haven't had any of the common overheating tests. Haven't ran any benchmarks either to verify speed.

wicked fast, my pc boots up and is ready to go in maybe 5-10 seconds, my display takes longer to turn on lol. Havent done any writing yet but would assume this m.2 will meet my needs

I think as long as you can get this drive on sale (0.10/gb at the time of this review) this a great drive that performs well and will last a long time.

Ultra fast speeds coming from a standard SSD boot drive. Great price and available locally which was awesome. Doesn't come with screw so make sure to check motherboard box for one.

Works as expected, I decided to use this as my c drive. Great boot up experience. Great video game level loadong times, user bench gave it 350% performance.

So much in such a tiny package. And to top it off, delivered to my hands as I sat in my car. Not my first choice in brand, but has done just as well as the higher priced brands.
