I had another type of hard drive and Geek Squad saw there was a place for thisbone and recommended it. The computer has so much more space now and runs so much better.

I purchased this hard drive because my computer lacked the needed space to retain the information I needed it to. Best decision I ever made, now my computer runs perfect!

Easy install. Easy curbside pickup. Product as described. Had trouble figuring out how to allocate space in windows 10 as I never did it before. My 15 year old figured it out.

I bought this to expand memory in my gaming pc. It works as intended and is pretty fast for the price. Their software is also pretty user friendly.

Installation was easy, the only thing is the there are no standoffs or a screw for the motherboard. Speed is what I expected. Crucial also offers easy to use cloning software.

bought for use with nvme enclosure. This product works but the speed is 480 mb/s instead of the expected 1000 mb/s. Nvme drive from another company produces 800 mb/s. It is difficult to say whether this product is bad, or it is not compatible with orico nvme enclosure

Very fast speeds write/read, using it for storage backup of large and small files with Lenovo Legion Pro. Excellent performance for the price.

This is my favorite part of this build! The drive works flawlessly and it's fast! I've never had a drive like this and now, I believe it's the only way to go.

Extremely fast and that's the name of the game for M.2, noticed considerably faster load times for OS / games / files compared to straight SSD.

I have used MANY of this drive and the performance is GREAT!! Crucial has always been a good memory company and the NVME drives work just as good.

Good size storage, fast SSD in large file write, extremely slow in small file write. I tried writing ONE big file, size is 2 GB, write speed very fast 300 MBytes / second, but I tried copying a folder, which has 10000 small files, the write speed was 10 kBytes / second

Great for what it is! Not quite as fast as other options but for the price you cant go wrong. Faster than HDD or regular SSD however

Read and write speeds as advertised. Couldn't be happier with choosing a Crucial product. Goes great with my Dell Inspiron 5000 series laptop

I can remember buying a 40MB hard drive and having to split it into several partitions. Now I am buying two 1TB M.2 drives to fit on a motherboard. These mounted with no problems. The OS loaded quickly from a USB stick. Happy not to mount two dozen floppy disks (remember those).

Good overall product! It does what it says it should do and works without a hitch. Easily installation too, as is the case with these types.

I got this for $90 because BestBuy had a deal on it and in my opinion it was a great deal, it was cheaper than other alternatives with less performance.

Excellent upgrade to speed up our machine. Pretty much pulled the old ones out and replaced with these. No problems whatsoever.

Great but be sure to download crucial storage executive to get full performance benefits. Otherwise youre selling yourself short.
