This external SSD seems too good to be true, but so far so good. It’s substantially cheaper than Samsung/WD/etc. SSDs with comparable read/write speed and storage, and it’s also smaller, which is better for portability. I was actually surprised with how small it was when I opened the package, since I expected something closer to the Samsung T7 SSD I purchased previously.

This SSD is blazing fast and super compact. Ideal for on the go storage and/or maintain a nice and clean home or office desktop. 4TB drive capacity is super handy.

I now have 2 of these 4Tb external SSD and absolutely love them. File transfer speeds between my laptop to the drive are 550-650Mb/s which is awesome! So, so much faster than my old 2Tb and 4Tb 7200rpm HDD that would barely manage 100Mb/s. I knew there'd be an uplift in transfer speed but not 5-6x more. Size wise, they are small and light. very easily fit in your pocket if needed so are extremely portable. If you catch them on sale go for it as you won't regret it.

I could not believe how small this is! Great form factor, tons of storage and it's FAST! Connected to my new Mac Mini M4 this will be my primary storage device!

I have a laptop with a Thunderbird port that can take full advantage of this drive. It is amazingly fast and can easily fit in a pocket. I transferred about a terabyte and a half from my external hard drive to it which took close to half an hour because of the hard drive speed. I then transferred about half a terabyte of images to my internal ssd drive almost instantly. It has made image processing of RAW files much faster also. It is a little pricey but well worth it to me.

I have The Crucial X10 Pro (4 TB SSD). I was a little skeptical. But this is the real deal. I have backed up all my computers, and I now have backups for my backups, and still have like 70% capacity remaining. Its so fast. I read that X-Box Games can not be played straight off of the drive, but I would venture to guess that PC Games can. Because its way faster than any of my Internal Hard Drives. When I first got it I had an issue / question about the formatting of it. When I called the number they actually answered the phone. I don't mean the system answered, and transferred me.. I mean like a live Tech Person answered, and helped me. And he aeemed like he genuinely wanted to help. I cant write enough good things about this extremely valuable little device.

This is the only drive you will need. We own four now. It comes with a super cable so it works really fast

It's the smallest 4tb I have found and works small files pretty quickly until it gets hot which is at about the 300gb mark on a large transfer... solid construction

I've had Apple products since the late 1980s or early 1990s (can't recall). The costs od HD have really fallen. So far the Crucial drive hasn't been utilizes much. My plate is full, However, so far 9i'm satisfied.

Best for both worlds (Mac & Windows), excellent performance, and read/write speed.
