Code doesn’t even work!!! I got the code for MTG FF preorder. Orders came and promo code was sent out. I clicked on redeem code and offer isn’t available.

Maybe you can give member's options on what free trial they want instead of getting any random trial that we won't end up using.

I've been trying to redeem the code for more than a month and it doesn't work I've already contacted Crunchyroll they said to contact BestBuy I contacted BestBuy and they just don't know how to solve it I don't recommend it

This offer does not work. When clicking to reneew it directs you to the Crunchyroll website where they tell you the offer is unavailable. Feel like i got scammed at BestBuy

So I have been avoiding paying for crunchy roll for a long time. Getting a free trial for 60 days was nice for pre-ordering something. Overall I like the large library of both dubbed and subbed. A number of titles I haven't seen anywhere for a very long time. I did notice that using the windows 11 app that there is a random connection issue which is a bit annoying, but since all of the streaming apps I've used are just Microsoft Edge wrapped in a companies logo and colors, I am betting it's an issue with Edge and not the actual service as I did not experience that problem when watching on my LG and Samsung TVs. I am not sure if I will keep the service as I have so many other streaming services but I'm not ruling it out.
