I found it useful handy, ready to go right out the box. You plug it in and press the picture and go has the digital timer. It’s a wonderful piece of machinery I highly recommend you go buy it.

It's a little difficult to set the timer and temperature, but I think that's more pilot error than an issue with the crisper itself. It crisps nicely, but if you want it to be a particular crisp you need to monitor it.
