Good air fryer but way too small, not even for 2 people…

Didn’t like it it smelled like plastic no matter what I did. So I did return it.

Its to small air friegr to use 6+ people in tha house

It's quite a bit larger than the 4 quart I sent back. Notice they don't list the dimensions. No comment on how it works yet, just make sure you have room for it. It's heavy too, so don't plan on just moving it around at will.

I was excited to get this unit into the house for two reasons. Number one, our previous air fryer found the floor the hard way a little time back and we have been anxious to get another one. Second, I mean come on it is Marshmello inspired piece from the Cooking with Marshmello web series. We love this artist, we love his show, and now we also love his air fryer. The Sensio Crux Marshmello 3QT Air Fryer delivers wonderfully. The unit is not too big and sits well on our countertop, at just a bit larger than a traditional toaster. Our Crux is solid black, but it has the Marshmello touch! The display is vibrant, colorful, and has his signature smiley face as one of the digital color screen icons. We have only had the piece on display for a couple of days and already everyone who stops by wants to talk about it. The build is outstanding, and the materials used feels strong and dependable. Our model came with four silicone cupcake molds and a non-stick turbo crisp tray. No matter which model fits your family's needs, I highly recommend getting the turbo crisp tray. It makes a world of difference. Air fryers are great and do cook exceptionally well but still come out different than traditional methods from time to time. The turbo crisp tray though, adds that extra well crisp and snap that most fryers are not quite able to capture. The air fryer basket and turbo crisp tray are dishwasher safe. We found it easier to ensure that all the access residue is removed by just hand washing with soap and water. The nonstick surfaces allow for this to be a quick task. While operating the air fryer like most other air fryer, it is a bit loud. You can simply turn up some of your favorite Marshmello tracks or collaborations to drown it out during cooking sessions. Again, the Crux absolutely delivers. I love cooking just some lemon pepper chicken. I will throw four hefty size boneless skinless chicken breasts in the basket for fifteen minutes and then flip and let them finish to perfection. The unit boasts of being able to cook for two to four people. I have a fifteen year old son and we are able to prepare enough food to quell us all in one sitting. Our family is very satisfied with the Crux Marshmello 3QT Airy Fryer. Our food has been delicious and healthy! You will not be alone when making meals with this fun device. We 10 out of 10 would recommend it.

Worked well untill it stopped working. Was very excited to purchase this item but it stopped working after a few days of use.

Great in every part, you can customize time and temperature for each different mode, excellent machine

This is the 2nd air fryer I have purchased from Best Buy. Both have been refunded due to warranty issues. Do NOT buy this airy fryer - the markings rub off and then it becomes useless.

Poor item. Smell does not go away from cooking. smells like paint upon heating.

Cooked aome cheddar link sausages worked great, second time I used it, I cooked 2 strips of bacon and it stopped working. The display was still working counting down the time and showing the temperature but it was not cooking. the exhaust on over my stove and when i cut that i off ibrealzoed it wasnt even running. I could not cut the machine off and when I unplugged it and plugged it back in it would go back to where it was when I unplugged it!

Stopped working only got maybe 2 months of use out of it.

I’ve tried air fryers in the past and wasn’t a big fan. For one thing, they were too big and I didn’t have any place to store them. The Crux 3 quart air fryer is smaller and will fit in my kitchen storage. It’s about 11 inches tall. The first time I used it, I tried frozen fish fingers and frozen tater tots together on the french fry setting and had to throw most of the food away. Half way through the preset time, the tater tots were overdone and hard as a rock while the fish was half done. Everything tasted like air fryer and the whole house smelled like air fryer. My second attempt was salmon and potatoes using a tested air fryer recipe. I used one 6 oz piece of salmon and one red potato - less than 1 pound total. The instructions for cooking each item were 10 minutes at 400 degrees F so I put both, touching, but in a single layer, in the air fryer. At 10 minutes neither was done and I had to go another 10 minutes - while the rest of the dinner got cold. Maybe I should’ve done the salmon in the oven and the potatoes in the air fryer (or vice versa) but then why use the air fryer at all? The 3 quart Crux air fryer is described as being the right size for 2-4 people (2.5 pounds or 3 quarts of food). That seems to be inaccurate. In most instances it performs best with a single layer of food covering ¾ of the tray. It’s a small tray so it’s like 2 servings of one item or about 1 pound total. There is a digital display, but it’s not a touch screen. The display icons are selected by using the menu button. It would be nice if the icon could be selected with one touch instead of 8 pushes of the menu button. There are 7 preset menu functions and 1 user-defined memory function. Some of the preset buttons seem strange to me - like cupcake, chicken wings and roast. There are also time/temperature buttons when a preset function won’t do. Those 2 buttons are very close together and it’s sometimes difficult to press the right one. It’s usually easier to select a pre-set function and adjust it instead of starting from scratch. The tray has a little handle that makes it easy to put it in and take it out. Both the tray and the basket can be washed in the dishwasher. However, the basket handle isn’t sealed and when it’s removed from the dishwasher it makes a puddle as the water drains out. The air fryer comes with some silicone cupcake pans - maybe as an encouragement to try the cupcake function. The instructions say to always check the food and shake/turn half way through the cycle, but there is no beep or flashing lights to signify the halfway mark. You have to 1) remember the set time and 2) don’t forget to notice when it’s at the halfway mark. As you can tell, I’m not a huge fan of air frying yet, but maybe it will grow on me. At least I can store this one out of sight and don’t have to leave it on the counter. It does have a 2 year warranty, which is longer than most air fryers.

It has a weird odor and takes a long time to prepare food.

I love my Crux Marshmello Digital Air Fryer. The air fryer looks great, the soft matte black color and the Marshmello inspired theme for the display makes it a real cool/cute gadget. If you've never used an air fryer before then don't worry because this thing is ridiculously easy to learn to use, it has 8 preset modes for just about all kinds of food and cooking modes, and it comes with a booklet on cooking various foods, from chicken to veggies to even baking muffins. I tested it by making some chicken tenders and tater tots, and it all came out nice and crispy without making a greasy mess. I'm really excited to try cooking more of my favorites with the air fryer, like wings. The 3qt size is perfect for cooking a good amount of food for a small group (2-4 people) or if you dont have alot of counter space and need an air fryer that wont take up alot of space. Overall, I love the Crux Marshmello Digital Air Fryer and I would highly recommend it to anyone that is look to buy their first air fryer or wants to get a great gift for someone.

I did not care for it. The built in times over cook and the conisisteny of it is not great
