Warranty is a joke
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It doesn’t completely work as the minutes and temperature can’t be changed as advertised. Yes, there are presets that work. Also, when it’s hot, the on off button doesn’t work. I explained these shortcomings to the maker since I had just recently purchased it. I provided all the information they requested. Their answer was that since they didn’t have that model in stock, I should cut the cord, send them a photo, and then they would send a check for this sale price I paid. That is not what I wanted. You can take your chance with this product, but don’t buy it online. Get it at the store where you can easily return it.

HOWEVER, It turned itself back on overnight one night and when we woke up in the morning the house was extremely hot and it was ready to catch fire. So we began only plugging it in to use it and then unplug it. Sometimes it heats up and other times it take us reseting it a few times before itll heat up to temp and work properly.

Now I can’t even see what I’m putting it on. Could have been designed better. Why put the cheap label ink where a person have to press and it’s going to come off.
