True love for the 6 months it worked

We’ve tried many air fryers but the Crux is the undisputed champion. We were devastated last month when my wife tried to turn it on and nothing happened. it showed no signs of life. I’m in currently contact with the parent company, still trying to get them to honor their 2 year warranty. So far it has just been an endless string of requests for more pics and videos of the problem, to which I respond promptly, only to wait 3-4 days for a response with an additional request. It feels pretty stall-tactic-ish. I contacted BestBuy but they said that there’s nothing they can do after 14 from purchase. I just want my wonderful lil food magician back.
