I called Crux and they wanted to replace it but couldn't because they no longer had any. Instead they sent me a Beatiful Drew Barrymore brand 9qt as a replacemement and that ones been great so far.

We have members of our household that have food allergies, so having a dedicated air fryer for them is a big deal for us. The 8qt Marshmello has been one of the best air fryers we have ever used! It does so much more than just basic air frying, and it has plenty of room to make food for several people all at once. What a time saver! The TurboCrisp tray is one of the best things about this appliance, it makes amazing chicken nuggets and french fries without burning anything! When it comes time to clean up everything is a breeze as well! The parts separate very easily, and washing is simple as the non-stick surface works so well. This air fryer also comes with a silicone baking tray, which has also become a favorite in the house! We can make easy and fast gluten free cakes and cookies, in a fraction of the time it takes us with traditional baking in our oven. The settings on this are very easy to use, and there are endless options to get your food cooked to perfection. If you want to ensure that, you can turn on the light and see right inside which is so awesome! If you need a larger air fryer, I would highly recommend this one!

Cooks everythinf really well and is easy to use. Has serval different presets and the instructions comes when a “cookbook” that details the times and temperatures for several food items. Love this airfryer!
