GLASS SHATTERED!

I don't know when it shattered within the 18 minutes, I was prepping. When the timer sounded, I looked and saw the damage. It's the inside glass that's shattered, the outside glass is still intact.

Arrow on time setting stopped

Otherwise it was nice. But now they won't replace it so i don't think I'll be getting one like this again

Out with the old, in with the new.

I like that you can see what your cooking, and the rack is very sturdy. I have not tried the silicone accessory, but I bet you can make some mean stuff in that.

One major design problem

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The problem with this air fryer is that water gets between the fromt and back viewing windows (there is a space between the windows) and it's impossible to remove it. I let the basket sit out overnight to see if the water would be gone the next morning, but it was still all there. It's really too bad as the air fryer is really nice and powerful. I returned mine. Hopefully Crux will make this same 8 qt air fryer without the viewing window in the future.

Bought 2 and it stop working less than 3 months

It lasted 2 month for me and then it stopped working. Went back to bestbuy to use my warranty for another one & its 2 month on this new one that it stopped working again. I DO NOT recommend this, all I use it for was chicken wings, mini sausages and chicken nuggets and it was BURNT OUT twice! Very disappointing!
