Takes a few minutes to heat up like a very small electric burner. Have to hold marshmallows so close they tend to stick to heater.

QA really dropped the ball on this one. Overall for the money paid for it, it seems worth it. It was something for my kids. Again never used it but overall for the money seemed legit.

I love it , my wife loves it , and my 2 kids love it. Let it heat up and let the marshmellow sit for like 30 to 45 seconds over it. They might not look done but they are. Gooey in the moodle and amazing
