Crux Company Doesn't Support Their Products

One foot was missing a rubber piece, which makes it less than stable for the kiddos to use. Tried contacting the company. They said they don't send out missing parts. Told to go to Best Buy. Didn't realize that Best Buy has a ridiculous 15 day return policy. Was told I was calling on the last day. It was late and there wasn't enough time to go to a store or to get a post office date stamp, which I was told was required. I just needed a tiny piece of rubber. I won't buy any other Crux product and I may avoid Best Buy. This wasn't exactly stellar customer service.

Grown adults will have fun with kids, but as an grown adult with no kids it’s not fast enough or get heated up as fast quicker option air fryer.

Didn't work for us

I own a daycare and was very excited to have this for the kids to cook with. But not enough heat escapes the element to cook the marshmallows. The concept is so cute but this product is a bust.

It stinks like hot plastic chemicals and burns my eyes. Tried to return it but only a 14 day return policy. seems short. I would not want this even if it were free or if I were paid to take it.
