Love this pan as it can be used as one or two skillets using one as a lid. Very nice!

It works well for making omelets too. No more trying to flip it in the pan. Way less mess that way. I’m very pleased with it.

I would make a frittata once a week using a 10" pan and a plate to flip it. Each time I would worry that it wouldn't flip out of the pan & onto the plate. This pan is great, no worries. Hopefully my luck will continue as I've only had it for a few weeks. Frittatas are big in my family and I would recommend this to everyone in my Big Fat Italian Family.

Easy way to make omelettes & plain eggs. I even made pancakes on it. easy to clean.

I like the color and the way the hinge fits together. I like that it came with a good recipe / suggestion book. I made a frittata that came out excellent and was very good. On the negative side however, I did expect it to be heavier and better quality for this brand.

Love to have a set to flip it and forget it - less mess, especially for making omelets.

Just got these a month ago and I use them almost every day...they are great! They can be used together or separate and work nicely in the oven. The only thing I would change about them is if they could go in the oven on more than 350* and I will be looking for a 12" set next.

To start ... it's Cuisinart. I've never been disappointed with any Cuisinart product. In this case, the skillet happened to be red ... the perfect color for our kitchen [I purchased 2 at a sale price]. Lastly, it is well constructed without being overly weighty. I would ourchase again WITHOUT HESITATION!

This a great product to cook with. Clean up is a cinch and little if any oil is needed while cooking.

I can make Omelets without having to depend my wife for turning them around. The Omelets come out great and my kids enjoy them even more.

I ordered this online and I misjudged how large this pan was. Way too big for a 1 person breakfast. Returned.

Product fits well makes for one hand flip non stick coating very good and heat conduction of high quality
