We love it! I would highly recommend this coffee maker.

Best Buy Always has good customer service And the door greeters always greet you with the hello and a smile.

I returned this after trying it. This was to replace my old Cuisinart. This would be our 3rd Cuisinart. Loved the brand. Things we disliked. Filter clogged, overflowed, and lots of grounds were in pot in 2 of 3 pots made. Used 4 scoops of normal Dunkin drip preground coffee. Carafe dribbles water when pouring in. Coffee tank opening has many obstacles making it splash out. It uses special filters. The filter basket can not be set down for filling with coffee. The carafe lid snaps in place instead of hinging. We did not get to try the Pod side before we gave up on this lemon. Good thing our old coffee maker still works well enough. I am discouraged and don't know what to try next. Promising design with too many shortcomings.

I really enjoy and use daily the iced coffee I grind up my ice from the refrigerator put it underneath the pod area push how many ounces you want and it’s done a little bit of creamer and enjoy. It is awesome.

It does what it is supposed to do. The filtration in the tank is great. The iced coffee setting works very well. Not overly noisy. It just works as it should which is refreshing in todays day of over complicated technology.

Overall very nice. Looks and works good. The downside for me is that it doesn't fit my travel mug under single serve side.
