Love this coffee make,that's it I love it, easy to use

I bought this as a replacement for my old Cuisinart model that finally died after 6 years. Nice that they adjusted the cup opening to accommodate taller cups. The removable water supply is a welcome change also. i hope this one lasts as long as the last.

Only had a month but enjoying the coffee maker so far. Great features- timer, warm feature and easy to use.

Easy to set up. Love that there is no carafe. Easier to clean up.

Works like a charm. Just what we were looking for. Nice features for us are the removable water resevoir and the auto off timer allows us to keep it on and hot for s full 4 hours. It's nice I can have hot coffee at 9am, even though hubby made it at 6am. It is a bit pricey, but so worth it! So pleased with it I have given them as gifts.

This machine is an interesting design; however, after the 5th day of use (once daily pot of coffee made), the brew had a metallic flavor after sitting in the reservoir for longer than an hour. I drink my coffee over a 2 hour period. I thought it might be the coffee I was using, so I tried another brand of grounds on the 6th day, and still had the same issue. My coffee not only tasted bad, but the coffee smelled horrible as well. I returned the machine by the 7th day (very reluctantly because I really like the machine, although I cannot say what how durable the machine is since I didn't have it very long). I had a Cuisinart - Grind & Brew before this model, and had no issues with it making excellent coffee (stored it away after the top lid cracked after 2 years of service, otherwise the electronics still work. May return to using it until I find a suitable replacement). I wouldn't recommend the Coffee On Demand for the reason listed above.

My husband absolutely LOVED this coffee maker. I have purchased this coffee maker TWO times. First one I didn’t realize to check warranty after it started leaking, so I bought another. The second coffee maker started leaking after approx 2 1/2 yrs (has a 3 yr factory warranty) from when we bought it. I contacted Cuisinart to replace due to leaking in two places. They told me I had to CUT the cord off of a WORKING coffee maker (working but leaking) and email pictures to them of CUT cord and the coffee maker, and wait 7-10 business days for another to be mailed to me. This is NOT okay. That means we’re out of a coffee maker for at least a week to wait for the new one. I WILL NEVER purchase one of these EVER again. This is the absolute worse exchange policy I’ve ever experienced. I asked them if I could mail back to them the leaking unit once I received the new one, and they said “unfortunately no”. INEXCUSABLE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be shopping for another coffee maker and never buying Cuisinart again!!!!! Do not buy from this company, specifically this model! This coffee maker looks nice on the counter and the coffee brews fast and is good tasting. I'm always breaking the carafes so I bought this for the carafe less style and the neat coffee gauge that looks like a gas gauge, unfortunately the gauge was unreliable and then broke after only a few months. My wife and I both work so we use travel mugs in the morning and none fit under the dispenser, even with the bottom piece removed, so I have to fill a measuring cup (a carafe in disguise) and then fill our mugs. Not what I was looking for and it was over $100.00.

I generally expect that when I pay for more than a cheap, no-name appliance, that it will last me more than a year. (I know!!! Crazy thoughts, Huh???) I am now on cuisinart number two, and about to make it number three in only two years. The first one just stopped brewing altogether, and now the replacement has started leaking. And by leaking, I mean I came down in the morning to find the entire 8 cup pot all over the counter and floor. Add in the fact that I've had trouble with a Cuisinart blender, toaster oven, and electric knife and I can safely say I am done buying things with this name. Bottom line, don't waste your money.

Day one I noticed how loose the settings dial was. I have use it once, sometimes twice, a day. After 3 weeks it started dripping coffee from the spout that you dispense the coffee from. The thing is a cheaply made piece of junk!!!!! I wouldn't recommend this to my worse enemy!

Leaks since day one. I should have returned it. It is also very difficult to clean. I would not purchase this type of coffee maker again.
