We love this coffee pot! It makes the best coffee. The only downside for us is that I go through phases with Tea. Which means I have to flush out the water tank on the hot water side often. It gets funky after about a week of sitting there, which I totally understand. Of course, if you are a religious tea drinker...then this would be great! Next time I will probably opt for the same coffee pot without the hot water function.

Pros : Nice large carafe Makes a good cup of coffee Foot print not too large for counter Wire basket is nice to avoid paper filters Cons: Water heater option is pretty useless — barely holds more than 1-2 cups of water so you’re constantly refilling Can’t figure out how to turn off beeping notifications (they’re loud enough to wake a baby) Probably a bit on the pricey side, I’ve had cheaper makers that were just as good

I purchased this coffee pot to replace my Bunn. It's easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee.

My staff loves that there can be coffee on one side, and hot water for tea or soup on the other - all at the same time. Also, it has a heating element to help keep the carafe warm.

Finally a coffee maker with a temperature control. Easy to get a cup of hot water when you need it.

Great tasting coffee and love the hot water feature. Little awkward for pouring in water when sitting under cabinet.
