We had this coffee pot for years and it stopped keeping coffee hot. We loved it so much we bought another one just like it. Brews fast, keeps coffee hot and easy to set to auto brew. We also got a great deal on it.

Cuisinart coffee makers have always made great tasting coffee. The equipment is above standard coffee makers and Cuisinart stands totally behind their merchandise. Their warranties are very good and the company replaces any defective product.

Our oldest daughter has had one of these for about 15 years. It still works great. We decided to buy one as the Cuisinart makers seem like great quality. We like the ability to preset and the hot water dispenser is a plus when we want hot tea.

Our old Mr. Coffee died so my wife and I decided to purchase a higher end coffee maker. We are very happy with our new Cuisinart. The coffee brews hot and the water filter (very easy to replace btw) makes for a delicious cup of joe. I would recommend it (and have actually) to anyone.

Was hesitant on purchasing a coffee maker with a glass carafe, as we always seem to break them. But, this Cuisinart is made very well and I don't think this will be a problem. The water dispenser works great and only takes a couple of minutes to get hot.

Love this coffee maker. It's the third time that I have purchased it. It makes great coffee, looks great on my counter and is definitely an important part of my kitchen.

It was a very nice coffee maker and I was looking forward to my morning coffee - but it turned out to be too tall (by about one inch) to fit under the cabinets on our kitchen counters, so I had to return it.

This would have gotten 5 stars if the lid on the pot flipped up and the water chamber in the coffee machine was easier to fill. I like the screen filter it comes with, but I always end up using more coffee than the scoops it says you should use. User friendly.

the setup was simple and so was the programming. The only funky thing about this unit is getting water into the tank. You have to be careful and poor it in slowly as it does not have a spout. Other than that, it makes Coffee.

Great coffee maker. I love that you can make tea on the right side with the hot water option. It is very easy and fast. I would recommend this to everyone. Very affordable as well.

We had an older version of the same coffee maker. We have had it for many years and were sad when we realized it was time to get a new one. We looked into many Brands and types, but in the end we got what we knew and trusted and I'm glad we did.

My last Cuisinart 12 cup coffee maker only lasted 2 years, I hope this one last longer, I bought the extended warranty available for an extra12.00. worth the security if this one goes bad.

The coffee maker is wonderful, but the carafe is the absolute WORST ever. You have to manually take off the lid which is stupid. The glass stains after just 2 uses. How can they make that good a machine and give it such a poor carafe?

I didn’t love it. I felt like it made sounds all day and I couldn’t get the coffee taste strong enough. I did enjoy the hot water feature but ended up returning it.

Purchased this to replace one I already had. I had which worked great but had a power short from toady devices in use at the same time. Works great for our family as I am coffe drinker and wife and kids are tea drinkers.

Great product. We drink a lot of coffee and tea in this house so having the hot water for tea is fantastic. It also works great for my morning oatmeal. It heats the water fairly fast. So far I'm very pleased.

My previous coffee maker died. I researched this device and purchased it. It works really well. The coffee maker is good quality and has a water filter built in. If you need a new coffee maker, give the Cuisinart a try.
