My wife says they work well and the color differences help her pull them out of the block and adds a little fun to the kitchen decor. The great price helped us make the leap.

Nice Little Knife Set

The sheaths are great to keep them safe and sharp in a drawer. I'll probably buy another set for our high school senior when she gets ready to head to college since it's a good basic set and the bright colors are nice.
