I bought two sets for my vacation home!

I have a more expensive set of knives, that set in a block on my shelf for quick ease of use, but all my guests, pull out the drawer, that these knives are located in. They choose these knives, I choose these knives. It’s fun to notice, that I have owned a set, for several years, and haven’t sharpened them yet, and the older set seems to be equally sharp as the newer purchase

My sharpie knives; like a hot knife through butter

They are all very sharp and come with the perfect sleeves for safe storage and travel. My favorite knife is the serrated b/c it easily cuts thick portions of meat.
