    Love that each knife has it's own sheath. Wish you could purchase individual paring knives as I use those most often. Every kitchen should have a set of these.

    I love the fact that Cuisinart made these knives in rainbow colors. They are fun to use, but not to be taken lightly as these suckers are sharp! I like the fact that they have protective sheaves for each one. It makes storage a lot easier and safer. Cuisinart brings to mind quality and these knives are certainly THAT. I am sure that I will be enjoying them for years to come as they are well made and functionally top notch.
