Not sharp to touch but they sure are sharp

When I got them and was pre washing them I decided to feel the blades and to see exactly how sharp they were. To my disappointment, the blades didn’t “feel” sharp. ( I guess I was assuming they would slice through my skin upon touch). HOWEVER, when I went to use them on steak, bread, fruit. Etc. They were perfectly “sharp”. And so easy to use

Amazing Knives

I was a little hesitant just because I read some reviews that the color faded or chipped off. I decided to buy them anyway and I hand wash them instead of the dishwasher in hopes of keeping the color on the blade from fading off. So far so good.

Very impressed with the quality and functionality.

Didn't really care about the nifty coloring but needed a decent knife set to use in our camper and since they need to be safely stored while we go down the road, the sheathes that these come with are perfect as they stay in place to protect the blade as well as us when we reach into the drawer where they are stored after a road trip.

They are definitely worth the retail price and more. They are so sharp. I keep the protective coverings on them if in the sink or in the drawer. The only thing is I wish I had a place other than my silverware drawer. They don’t take up that much room. I just like my drawer with less in it. I recommend these knives.
