    These knives are fabulous! They look awesome and handle well. If you have been using horrible knives(and I had), take it slow. You won’t have to make much effort. I let my daughter carve the Turkey for the first time, those were the best slices I’ve seen in my life. I purchased my mom the retired chef a set for Christmas, stay tuned for her reaction!
