    Great knifes at a great price. Have only had for a month. The only slightly negative thing I would mention is the handle is plastic and can be slippery.

    Purchased to replace the mishmash of knives we have in our RV. While they are certainly eye catching, they are still Cuisnart knives, so the quality is there. Only minor disappointment is the plastic handles feel very light in the hand. Doesn't really affect use, per se, but I was expecting something a bit more "solid".
