    This is a great set of knives. They are also very sharp, so be careful when using them. My favorite is the green one, which seems to be the best general purpose knife in the kitchen. Each knife has a matching sheath that covers the blade. At first I wasn’t sure I would like such a colorful set, but the colors actually make it easier to find the right knife.
