    I have used mine quite a bit, but I've had a change of philosophy over the past year. While these perform adequately, they aren't the best at holding an edge, and quite simply, the benefits to be had by buying better quality knives is well worth the money in terms of ease of use and pleasure working with them.

    The have a kool color design very sharp. In my mind I thought they were ceramic type of knives until they got magnetized to a magnet

    These are great knives. Be careful - they are really sharp! I hand wash them even though it says you can put them in the dishwasher. It was a great value!
