An exception to "you get what you pay for."

We got two sets when they were a spaspecialcial deal, and it's allowed us to clear up our knife collection that's kind of grown out of control over the years. I also like the sheaths, I'm visually-impaired, and it's nice to know I can pick one up out of the drawer without risk of cutting myself. As for the knives themselves, they're good for most uses. I don't see a professional chef picking them up and expressing joy, but for us normal mortals, they're more than good enough. And, if you're just starting out and need a set of knives, you can do far worse and pay far more. They're well worth it for the price.
