I use the bold setting as I like dark roast coffees. Only issue and its minor is that the number of cups on the pot and number on the side dont correspond well. Easy cleaning also.

I can definitely tell the difference in the taste of my coffee. The brewing temperature is good. And the charcoal filtered water makes a big difference in the taste of the brewed coffee.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.IT does make a good cup of coffee and overall do like it, looks good, if I was designing it the changes I would make would be an easier lid that hinges instead o having to pop off if you want it up. Also, I know this is probably a safety feature, but some days make several crafts of coffee and one has to continually turn off the maker in order for it to start a new batch.
